Nothing beats the great outdoors. However, with that said, I’d like to share my new found love for the Wii fit.
On rainy and cold winter days when there is no facing the elements, I highly recommend the Wii fit. The virtual reality can be a bit cartoony at times, but the benefits far outweigh the graphics. There are many strength and conditioning exercises that will challenge even an expert.
Mixed in with some fun activities such as skateboarding, boxing and yoga, you can have a well-rounded workout without getting bored. I am not telling you to replace your weekly jogs and gym session with the Wii, just to consider it an option when you are stuck inside.
